Eclosion life science platform was launched in 2004 as a Public private partnership to translate breakthrough science into life-altering drugs. Eclosion2 & Cie SCPC, the investment vehicle of the structure, provides equity investments to these companies such as GenKyoTex, which were incorporated and developed with the support of the incubator Eclosion. Eclosion2 & Cie SCPC is the lead investor in the first rounds, and continues to invest in the development of the company in clinical trials. Eclosion's team is made of seasoned entrepreneurs who provide hands-on expertise on building and managing successful start-up companies.
